Subir Kumar

Mr. Subir Kumar, Founder of SDS Advocates, is a seasoned lawyer with extensive experience in international arbitration, dispute resolution, corporate law, taxation, insolvency, property, and criminal matters, including white-collar crime.
He has represented clients before the Supreme Court of India, High Courts, NCLT, NCLAT, and various tribunals, including key government bodies. His expertise spans complex drafting, regulatory compliance, and cross-sector litigation, particularly in banking, energy, and infrastructure.
Mr. Kumar is a recognized speaker at international legal forums and an active member of several prestigious legal associations. He holds a law degree from ILS Law College, Pune University.
Sachiv Kumar

Mr. Sachiv Kumar holds a BBA. LL.B. Degree from Symbiosis Law School, Pune. He is admitted to practice in India and have experience in handling both Indian and English law/cross border deals for around 17 years. He has been recently awarded with ‘Eminent Legal Advisor-NBFC & FINTECH’ 2025 by Krypton business Media Private Limited.
His area of practice spans Banking and Finance, Factoring, Fintech Laws, Digital Lending, Projects, General Corporate, Real Estate, IBC and Foreign Exchange Laws. Areas of expertise in Finance includes Mergers & Acquisition, Capital Markets (including debt and equity), Working Capital Facility, Term Loan, Due Diligence (IPO), Project finance, Securitisation, NCDs, CCDs, Regulatory and Compliance practice, External Commercial Borrowings, participation in FCCBs, risk participation, equipment financing, trade credits, syndicated deals, Security creation, etc. Experienced in the entire range of finance deals- ship financing, aircraft financing and Asset Backed Finance.
